Stir well with yoghurt seeds in the milk to stay warm. – Then pour it into a clay pot and cover it with a heavy cloth or jute cloth and leave it in a dark and cool place for 7-8 hours. – Yogurt will dry in 7-8 hours. If you want to eat cold yogurt, store it in the fridge to cool. – Then take it out of the fridge and serve. The perfect ‘sweet yogurt’ stored in the same sweet house as the store.
